May 2008
Dear Friends,
Enjoying the beauty of our spring
flowers helps us to appreciate the changing seasons of our climate.
In this lovely month, we experience a shift in the weather as well as
the challenges of the school year culmination activities.
Exams, sports, First Holy Communions, proms, class trips, senior
celebrations and graduations will be taking place. Studying
and self -discipline come to the fore at this time and success is sought
in all areas. Ascension Thursday, St. Joseph the Worker and
Pentecost all combine at this time to give us joy and hope.
With our Holy Father Benedict the
16th’s recent encouragement to be Heralds of Hope, each of us can
re-dedicate ourselves to being the best person possible. Developing our
own unique relationship with God will certainly help each of us to reach
out to the other.
May the joys of every day be
appreciated and help us to meet the care and concerns that touch us.
Sincerely,
Sister Eileen
