Lumiere Ballet
and The Academy of Saint
Joseph
Came together to bring the
fine art of classical ballet to the local community on March 8, 2008!
Through a generous grant from
Senator Caesar
Trunzo,
these two not-for-profit organizations brought the gift of the fine arts to the
local Brentwood community free of charge. Over 400 people – young and old
alike, were dazzled by an eclectic array of classical and contemporary dances
including La Bayadere, The Little Prince, and Nights in Vienna. Under the
artistic direction of Svetlana-Caton-Noble and Venti Petrov, Lumiere Ballet
performed in the newly refurbished Alumnae Hall at The Academy of Saint Joseph’s
Brentwood Campus.
